The Carriage House Condos are located in the Prospector Square area of Downtown Park City. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, local businesses and Sundance Film Festival venues, the condos are conveniently situated less than 5-minutes from Park Citys Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort.
The nearby Park City Trail, called the Rail Trail for its history in transporting coal and ore in the mining days of the 1860s, is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and more! With the tracks removed, this 28-mile, mostly unpaved road is a great place to see wildlife as well.
Renting a car? A parking pass will be provided for the first come, first served parking area. Not renting a car? The Free Shuttle pick-up is right out front and easy to use! Take a look at the MyStop app for routes and real-time tracking for shuttle bus arrival times.
This Spacious, 3rd-floor studio is set up with a Queen Bed, Television with Cable (changing to a Smart TV with a YouTubeTV subscription in April 2022), Free Wifi, a dining table and chairs, a small fridge, a 2-burner cook-top and microwave. All of the Sheets and Towels are Brand-New! (Dec. 2017). There is a luxury, self-inflatable Queen Air bed (with bedding) that can easily be set up for additional sleeping. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
