Sleeping Arrangements

Through March 31, 2025:
Guests will enjoy two built-in Queen loft beds that are accessible by a sturdy attached ladder. These lofts feature carpeted floors for added comfort, new mattresses, and wedge pillow headboards, making it an inviting space to relax and unwind. Each loft space is equipped with its own light, fan, and charging outlets to cater to your personal needs. In the main living area, there's ample room for a raised and self-inflating Queen air bed. This additional sleeping option not only provides flexible sleeping options but also serves as a spacious seating area during the day.

Starting April 1, 2025:
The sleeping arrangements will transition to a setup with 1 King Bed and 2 Twin Air Beds, offering flexible sleeping options for additional guests. The King Bed provides a luxurious and preferred sleeping option on the main level for adult guests, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each side of the loft will be updated to include a TV with wireless headphones, allowing for quiet entertainment. The loft areas will be redesigned with bean bag style seating, creating a comfortable lounging area that's perfect for kids to hang out and enjoy their own space during the day. Please NOTE that listing photos will be updated to reflect these new arrangements once they are in place, giving you a clear view of the exciting changes.

Living Area
The main living area is a hub of relaxation and entertainment. It features a stunning stone gas fireplace, which serves as the home's primary heat source. The fireplace is controlled by a mounted touchscreen remote, allowing you to adjust the flame height and fan, and set a comfortable temperature with ease. The thermostat function ensures the fireplace will turn on and off automatically to maintain your desired temperature. For entertainment, enjoy a 55" Smart TV with DIRECTV and an XBOX complete with an assortment of games, perfect for a cozy night in.

Balcony
Step outside to the private balcony, where youll find two chairs, a table, and two mountain bikes available for guest use, with helmets and locks provided. This tranquil space offers breathtaking mountain views and is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the fresh mountain air.

Kitchen & Dining
Adjacent to the living area is a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It includes a fridge, range, oven, and microwave, along with a comprehensive selection of dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other cooking essentials. The kitchen also features modern conveniences like a coffee maker, Keurig, waffle iron, crockpot, and a small Ninja blender. A dining table seats 4-6 guests, making it perfect for family meals or entertaining friends.

Work & Storage Space
For those who need to balance work and leisure, a dedicated desk area is available for setting up a mobile office. The adjacent cabinet is stocked with cards and games, providing entertainment options for all ages. The entryway is thoughtfully designed with space to hold skis, coats, and more, leading to the full bathroom, which is equipped with a marble-top sink, shelves for storing luggage and clothing, and a new tiled tub/shower with a hand-held shower head. An in-home washer and dryer offer added convenience for longer stays.
