A velvety soft gray sectional sofa and two leather club chairs sit on a vibrant area rug and face the cozy stone fireplace and huge HDTV. Behind the sofa are large windows that perfectly frame the views of the surrounding mountains. This super-comfy space makes an ideal spot for watching the game or catching up on your favorite TV show.The kitchen and dining area are wide open to the living space, allowing for easy conversation and flow. Warm, chocolate-brown cabinets surround the gleaming, quartz-topped island that has barstool seating for three, and the nearby dining table has seats for six more. High-end appliances include a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a spacious refrigerator. The kitchen is packed with everything you could possibly need, including a Kitchen Aid mixer and even a waffle iron! So whether youre planning on whipping up some french toast or your famous fried chicken, youll be all set. Theres even a gas barbecue on the deck for grilling out.Upstairs on the third floor, youll find three private sleeping spaces. The first is the primary bedroom suite and features a sumptuous king-size bed, HDTV, mountain views, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a huge step-in shower and double marble vanity. Two more guest bedrooms each include a queen-size bed and a large HDTV. Also on this floor are another full-size bathroom and a laundry area.Downstairs on the lower floor, theres a full-size pool table and a small desk space for getting a little work done if you must. Doors lead outside to a relaxing hot tub and an alfresco dining space with an outdoor heater. The final bedroom is also located on this floor and includes a king-size bed and large HDTV, with a full bathroom just outside the door.Flex sleeping includes a Four Twin self-inflatable, raised, high-quality air beds, which can be located wherever is convenient based on the makeup of your group. This home includes garage parking for 2 small to mid-size cars and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles, depending on size. No street parking is permitted at any time. Vehicles parked in the driveway cannot overhang the sidewalk at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers, may be parked on any street or driveway within the subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes.
