The Carriage House Condos are romantic couple getaways Park City located in the Prospector Square area of Downtown Park City. Just steps away from restaurants, shopping, local businesses, and Sundance Film Festival venues, the condos are conveniently situated less than 5 minutes from Park Citys Historic Main Street and the Park City Mountain Resort.

The nearby Park City Trail, called the Rail Trail for its history in transporting coal and ore in mining days of the 1860s, is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing and more! With the tracks removed, this 28-mile, mostly unpaved road is a great place to see wildlife as well.

Renting a car? A parking pass will be provided for the first come, first served parking area. Not renting a car? The Free Shuttle pick-up is right out front and easy to use! Take a look at the MyStop app for routes and real-time tracking for shuttle bus arrival times.

This lovely, spacious one-bedroom condo is situated on the 2nd floor. It has been remodeled with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with your choice of a Queen-raised, self-inflatable air bed for extra sleeping, an HDTV, and a cozy fireplace for extra warmth. There is also a full bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The floor plan is open to allow for easy and convenient gathering.

The bedroom hosts a comfortable Queen-sized bed and a sitting area. There is also an extra sink/vanity and a closet. Important to note: The bedroom is open to the living area.

There is a deck, that overlooks the pool, just off the living room to step out and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
