The main floor of Bear Hollow Village 5424 is spacious and bright, with lots of comfy cabin touches, like a stone fireplace in one corner and natural wood accents. The LIVING AREA features two inviting leather sofas, a large HDTV for Netflix nights, and a formal DINING TABLE with room for six people.

Next to the dining area, the open KITCHEN also has a cabin-like vibe, with knotty wood cabinetry and tile countertops and backsplash. There’s seating for two at the center island, and the premier appliance suite includes a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, and a gas range.

There are two guest bedrooms on the main level, with sleeping space for five. The FIRST GUEST BEDROOM includes a queen-size bed with a tufted headboard, while the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and a separate twin-size bed.

The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE is located on the upper level and features soaring vaulted ceilings, cozy carpeted floors, a vibrant accent wall, a mounted HDTV, and a sumptuous king-size bed with a leather headboard. The ENSUITE BATHROOM is a private sanctuary with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Bear Hollow Village 5424 also includes a flexible, finished lower level, which features a DEN/OFFICE AREA with a sofa that can double as a pull-out bed upon request. An additional GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds, while another FULL BATHROOM has a tub/shower combo. The LAUNDRY ROOM houses a high-efficiency washer and dryer, and the home has portable AC units for comfort on warmer days.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
