Retreat 13282 Alexis is a four-bedroom home located within the picturesque Reserve at Jordanelle community. Perched at the entry to a peaceful cul-de-sac and surrounded by panoramic mountain views, this classic family home is an ideal spot for your crew to make unforgettable Park City memories. Close to the ski slopes and hiking trails, youll have a great time here no matter what season you choose to visit.
The main level of this mountain oasis is wide open, featuring a spacious LIVING AREA with two plush sofas that face one another and create a perfect spot for entertaining and socializing. Theres also a cozy stone fireplace for chilly mountain evenings and a large HDTV for streaming your favorite TV show. Bright, sunny windows overlook the surrounding mountain views, and theres also a convenient powder room nearby.
Next to the living area is the open KITCHEN, with natural wood cabinets and sleek granite countertops. Theres plenty of seating for your whole crew here, including a formal DINING table and casual bar stool seating on the island. Premier stainless steel appliances include an electric range, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
Downstairs on the lower level, theres another secondary LIVING AREA that is cozy and inviting, with a leather sectional sofa and an HDTV. This level also includes a GUEST BEDROOM with a king-size bed and a full BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo.
On the lower patio, a brand-new hot tub awaits for soaking after a long day skiing for hiking. It's being installed in mid-September 2023.
On the upper level, there are three more bedrooms starting with the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE. Here, youll find a luxe king-size bed, HDTV, and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a double vanity, a huge soaking tub, and a step-in shower. The third and fourth GUEST BEDROOMS each include a queen-size bed and an HDTV.
Were Dog Friendly! Wed love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees Nightly: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) | Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the MyStop app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
