The main level GREAT ROOM is clean and crisp, with a chic contemporary flair. The LIVING SPACE features an oversized sectional sofa that faces the corner stone fireplace and 65-inch HDTV. Large, bright sliding glass doors lead outside to the PATIO, which overlooks the quiet neighborhood and the surrounding rolling hills.

The KITCHEN is completely open to the living area and boasts a posh Viking stainless steel appliance suite, with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, and dishwasher. Pristine white cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling, providing plenty of storage space and creating a convenient center island with a deep farmhouse sink. DINING SPACE is available at the nearby modern table for six or at the casual bar stools on the island.

The main level of the home also includes a GUEST BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, which features a luxe king-size bed and an ATTACHED FULL BATHROOM with a steam shower and heated floors. Downstairs on the lower level, a SECONDARY LIVING AREA houses a leather sofa that can easily fold out to a queen-size bed, and another private GUEST BEDROOM with a king-size bed.

On the top floor, theres a fun and versatile camp-like BUNK ROOM with two full-over-full-size bunk beds so theres sleeping space for eight! and a plush sectional sofa. The 75-inch HDTV makes this a favorite hangout spot for the kiddos. The ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM is super spacious and includes a double vanity and a large step-in shower.

Black Rock Ridge 14536 features a relaxing, private HOT TUB thats the ideal spot to unwind after a day on the ski slopes or hiking trails. Theres also a two-car GARAGE and a LAUNDRY ROOM. And when its time to explore the area and go get a bite to eat, lots of interesting local attractions and yummy cafes are only a quick drive away.

Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the MyStop app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.

Were Dog Friendly! Wed love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply. Pet Fees: $25 per night, per pet (min: $100 / max: $250 per pet) + a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
