Once inside, the bright and open entryway leads into the elegant, expansive LIVING AREA. Soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows with transoms overhead provide lots of natural sunlight and plenty of opportunity to appreciate the surrounding mountain views. Theres also an electric fireplace in the corner, a velvety soft sectional sofa, two leather armchairs, and a 65 HDTV for cozy evenings in with a bottle of wine (or two).
Next to the living space is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for six, and a quartz-topped island with four bar stools leads into the KITCHEN. Luxe Viking appliances include a high-end gas range and a spacious refrigerator, plus a dishwasher, a microwave, and of course a coffee maker, all surrounded by polished dark brown cabinets and glossy white countertops. Around the corner, theres a LAUNDRY NOOK with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.
Down the hallway, the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE houses a sumptuous king-size bed, 55 HDTV, and a glass door out to the sunny terrace. The ENSUITE PRIMARY BATHROOM has a double marble vanity and a step-in shower. In the SECOND GUEST BEDROOM, theres a queen-sized bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has two twin-size beds. This home provides a crate, dog dishes, a few toys, a mud mat, a slip lead, and poop bags to make it easy to care for your pup on vacation. If you are bringing two dogs, you may need to bring along some extra items. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
