Another main-floor bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ensuring comfort for all, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer. The basement bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds suitable for both children and adults.

The basement family room is an ideal gathering spot, complete with a sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. A shared bathroom at this level also features a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer. The upstairs bedroom/den includes two queen-sized, self-inflatable air beds and ample lounging space, perfect for movie nights, with a convenient ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer.

Were also dog-friendly! We welcome your four-legged family member with prior approval. To include your dog, you must request the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive written approval before arrival. Some restrictions apply. Pet fees are $25 per night, per pet (minimum $100, maximum $250 per pet), plus a $50 one-time additional cleaning fee. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation.

Two small to mid-size vehicles can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking and no RV, boat, or trailer parking are permitted. The garage has ski/snowboard racks and a boot dryer!

The property is just 3 minutes from Richardson Flat parking, with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30 am to 11:05 pm.
