This was a great place for a 10-person family reunion for the week in June. Lots of space to spread out, great air conditioning (!), and an excellent location. The house was clean, but a bit dusty in places and the interior is a bit dated. I drank the tap water, but some in our party didn't like the taste. We didn't use the hot tub. Regardless, it was perfect for us and the price was very competitive. Most important for me, the managers of the property were incredibly helpful, providing clear communication and accommodating some of our special requests. I highly recommend Mountain Escapes!!
One note to fly fisherman: there's a great fly shop in Copper Hill. The Ocoee has trout, but only until April or so. I did catch a few bass just walking into the river right behind the house...easy wading, quiet, and beautiful water.

Everything was great! My husband and friends had an awesome stay! Extremely clean and as advertised! Convient to the National Forest for off road motorcycle riding!
