Living Room:
New Modern Electric Fireplace(w/heat). Couch with fold-out queen sleeper with memory foam mattress. 55" Smart TV. Dining table for 6, perfect for enjoying dinner or games. Chairs on the balcony to enjoy the private wooded views while drinking a glass of wine or your favorite drink or overlooking the outdoor pool off the 2nd balcony.

Bathroom 1:
Private bathroom connected to King Master Bedroom. New vanity and full shower/tub. Towels, hand towels, and washcloths are supplied

Bathroom 2:
Shared bathroom off the main hall and by Bedroom 2, this bath features a shower, new floors, vanity with new granite countertops, and black splash. Towels, hand towels, and washcloths are supplied.

Bedroom 1: (King Master Bedroom)
The King Master Bedroom has a new King bed and mattress, 32" Smart TV, nightstand, lamp, closet, and dresser.

Bedroom 2:
The queen-sized bedroom with memory foam mattress, and small twin-size bed box window(perfect for children) nightstands, lamps, a 32" TV with Roku Stick, and a closet.

Resort: Guests have full access to all facilities at Gatlinburg Summit including a seasonal outdoor pool (available May 5th to August 31st), clubhouse, coin-operated laundry room, picnic/grill area, and basketball goal.

Location:
Gatlinburg Summit is located in a wonderful area that is a quiet and peaceful setting. While it is atop the mountain to have great views, it is still close to all the action. You are just around the corner from Ober Gatlinburg. You can skip all the Gatlinburg traffic by taking the bypass and arriving quickly and stress-free. Downtown Gatlinburg is quickly accessible by 4 different locations to give you plenty of options including Ski Mountain Rd(Light #10), Sugarland's Welcome Center in the National Park(via bypass), Light #3 at Ripley's Aquarium(via Campbell Lead Rd) and the entrance of Gatlinburg(via the bypass). All of these options are just a short 10-15 minute trip. In addition, Pigeon Forge is right down the road via the bypass in about 15-20 minutes. Don't feel like driving much? Take a very short drive to Ober Gatlinburg(less than 2 miles) and ride the scenic Aerial Tram into downtown Gatlinburg. The trams run every 20 minutes so you can return whenever you please.

Cancelation policy: 30 days before the check-in date is 100% back and 14 days is 50% of the rent back + all fees. Last-minute cancelation, cleaning fee, and damage deposit back.
