Features include a primary bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a private walk-out balcony, 1-full bath with a large soaker tub, a separate combination shower and sauna room, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a third bedroom with 2-sets of standard-sized bunk beds, another full bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen including a dishwasher, a large dining area, a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, (firewood NOT provided) and an additional walk-out balcony with peek-a-boo river views. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with&nbsp;two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center.&nbsp;There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas, a children&rsquo;s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.</span></span><br />

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding.
