Baker country home!&nbsp; The first floor features an open and airy living room with vaulted ceilings, a corner group sofa, and a 60&rdquo; flat screen monitor accentuated by a field stone encased gas fireplace.&nbsp; There&rsquo;s also a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and countertops, as well as higher-end appliances, including a dishwasher.&nbsp; The dining area features a large dining table with generous seating.&nbsp; French doors lead to a full-length covered deck.&nbsp; There&rsquo;s also a half bath and a separate mud room entrance for gear storage, accompanied by a full-size washer and dryer.&nbsp; Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and another bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, both flanked by 1-full bath, plus a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another full bath en-suite.&nbsp; This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span></p>

Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></span></span></p>
