Snowater Condo #88 - An Updated 2-Story, 2-Bedroom Townhome-Style Condo
Your family will have a wonderful time staying in this deluxe two story, two bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condo. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-king sized bed and more than ample storage space via two closets, a pullman style ¾-bath, a galley style kitchen with newly upgraded stainless steel appliances, (including a dishwasher) and granite countertops, a pass through breakfast bar with four bar stools plus a dining table that seats three, a comfy sectional hide-a-bed facing a unique handcrafted river rock fireplace and a flat screen monitor…plus there’s a small balcony for sipping your favorite beverage. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer, and a pullman style full bath with a tub/shower combo. The updated, comfortable, and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
