Property Description

Conveniently located between 36th & 37th St you will be in walking distance to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, the Convention Center, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill and many other fine eateries. With the bayside location on a canal it is a very short walk to the beach and offers bulkhead boat docking (for a small boat as water is shallow)on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Yellowbird Community also offers a large central patio area with picnic tables, and under level 2 car parking. The first floor of the 3 level townhome offers an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area , a powder room , full size laundry and a deck . Moving on to the 2nd floor you will find the king primary bedroom with ensuite full bath and private balcony, a full bath in the hallway and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. One the 3rd floor you will find complete seclusion with a queen bedroom, full ensuite bathroom and private balcony offering both ocean and bay views. The owner has provided my children's games, beach chairs and toys. There are large screen smart TV's in all bedrooms and living room, and free wifi. The property has an occupancy of 8, is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
