Enter into the first floor, that features a full kitchen with stainless appliances, dining and living area with up to the minute furnishings, and half bath. There is a great deck off the living room overlooking the canal, furnished with a table and chairs. Take the winding spiral staircase up to the 2 bedrooms and full bath. ( master bedroom has a deck overlooking the outdoor pool.) The owner provides 3 TV's and free Wi-Fi. There is central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. The owner does provide a starter package of soaps and paper products.
Please note - sheets, and towels are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
