It's everything you need for your dream vacation. You have a large living/ dining area with large Wet bar, all new appliances in the large kitchen. You Your Oceanfront master bedroom and the bayside second bedroom both have direct access to the large wrap around balcony that also has a separate private entrance. This first time rental property has everything you need. Close to wonderful restaurants, shopping and amusements,. Relax on the comfy deck furniture while enjoying the view or watching the sunrise. The owner provides 4 ROKU TVs ( no cable service but you really don't need it ) there's plenty to watch when the time comes, and of course free WiFi. Iron and Ironing board, hairdryer and parking for 2 vehicles . Building has 1 secure elevator. Check in at 3PM , No early Check ins. The Occupancy is 8, the property is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. You will need to supply soaps/detergents/paper products. Please note - sheets and towels not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
