The Memory Maker, a family friendly 3BR, 2BA direct waterfront condo with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Isle of Wight Bay. Situated along a deep-water inlet to the Bahia Marina this newly renovated (brand new exterior and interior upgrades) gem is guaranteed to deliver a truly memorable vacation! Enjoy the full southern exposure while you relax on your expansive 6’ x 25’ balcony. You will have full access to the dock, finger piers, and your very own boat slip (fits up to a 25’ foot boat). Cast your line right off the pier or crab along the pilings. Jump on an inflatable and paddle across the deep-water inlet to the expansive sand bar for clamming, water sports, or just drifting aimlessly while soaking up the views and sun. This light filled unit will accommodate up to 8 adults with a King size bed & a Loveseat pullout bed in BR1, three Twins (trundle + platform) in BR 2, and a King size bed in the primary BR 3. There are two newly renovated full baths, one in the primary BR 3 and the other in the common area. Our Kitchen has all the modern conveniences and stocked with everything you would require preparing your Catch of the Day or a big family feast. The living area has a wet bar, entertainment center with large Smart TV (with hundreds of free streaming channels), DVD player, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Wireless speaker. The HVAC system is controlled by a SmartThermostat. There are wide sliding glass doors that step out onto the balcony from the living area. All three bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs. The condo also has an in-unit washer/dryer combo for your convenience. This home is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and amusements including Jolly Roger’s Amusement & Water Park and Bahia Marina. There is one (1) assigned parking space and ample on street parking for visitors. Our owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25. Absolutely no pets of any kind!!!
