Charming 2 br / 2 bath condo in a fantastic location! Sunchaser is located mid block at 36th St., close to so much fun and food! The beach is just a few steps away, Coconuts is one block away, Jolly Rogers only 6 blocks away, with many eating options within easy walking distance. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation. A full kitchen gives you the option of eating in, there is a washer/dryer in the condo to keep up with all those beach towels, 3 TV's and free WiFi provide the entertainment. A good sized deck provides a small ocean view and bay view, and is great for people watching while drinking your favorite beverage. The condo does have central a/c and parking for 2 cars. The occupancy is 8. The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
