It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, just a short block to the White Marlin Open Weigh In, and a desirable distance to all the music festivals and other boardwalk fun. In a small building, with a wide balcony, and a side yard, it's a great place for a family to unwind and play. This apartment has 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 smart TV's, ( no cable), and 4 a/c units. The property has parking for 1 car, it is non smoking, and animals are prohibited. Occupancy is for 8. Please note - sheets, towels, and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. * The owner does supply a starter package of soaps and paper products. * Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00.
