Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.**Please be advised that elevators 3 and 4 (east side) will undergo modernization from October 1, 2024, through March 1, 2025.
