Property Description

Listen to the ocean waves from your one-bedroom, fully-equipped, villa. The views are spectacular! Gated community. Minutes from the beach and from Dominical. The bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and patio access to the private plunge swimming pool. NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 115 steps down to the property from the parking lot. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for $45. Access

Guests will either be escorted by a representative of Costa Rica Las Villas/Osa Property Management for check-in or provided instructions for 'touch-free-24-hour-check-in'.

A 4x4 or an SUV is required to access the property. The road is paved but steep.

We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the areas best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.
