Property Description

The condo includes a set of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used from March 1st to October 31st.

Leeward II Unit 6 looks out onto the emerald green waters and sugar sand beaches. This condo on the 2nd floor is located at Seagrove Beach, near Eastern Lake. It is midway between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. This condo has a beautiful gulf view!

The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a nook with one twin bed. It is accessible by climbing the stairs (the building doesn't have an elevator). The kitchen is located just past the nook and the open-concept living room, which has a sleeper sofa. The covered porch is located off the living area. It's a great place to enjoy the sunset and take a break from the heat. The building has its own beach access.
