As you enter the home you will find stunning views provided by the 24-foot floor-to-ceiling windows which breathe light and beauty into the main floor living room and frame a modern gas fireplace, chef's kitchen, and comfortable dining for 12 or more. The main floor contains a large king bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom. For added convenience, the attached garage offers 1 parking space for the renters' use and is accessed adjacent to the kitchen from a short hallway that also gives access to the ski room, equipped with boot warming racks and dressing area as well as a convenient 1/2 bath. Outdoor access via sliding doors to a private patio with outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a BBQ Grill.

Heading upstairs you will ascend the modern wood staircase with glass banisters that provide unobstructed views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. When you arrive atop the stunning loft you will find a second more private living room with a 65” TV, two King bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a laundry room with a full washer and dryer. Relax and enjoy the views from the second-story loft while your chef prepares your gourmet dinner below or Dominoes delivers your favorite pizza.

Descending the staircase to the basement you will find a home theater/billiard/ping pong family room with a wet bar, comfy furniture, and a 65” TV setup with all of your streaming and gaming needs. Downstairs offers everyone of all ages an activity to pass their time and further relax. Take on your family and friends with board games and billiards or enjoy movies and popcorn while relaxing in this comfortable space made specifically for your family. Just off of the game room, you will find an additional king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Finally, the owners' favorite space was created for children and grandchildren and yes, the adults who are still children at heart; A custom Star Wars Bunk Bed Room. Engage the little ones with the Force and coax them into a long slumber with the power of the Darkside as they drift off to sleep in a custom Bunk Bed that contains a Queen bed, a Double Bed, and a double bed trundle all surrounded by a Planet Hoth wintery wall mural. You may want to challenge your kiddos to a lightsaber dual or confuse them with a Jedi mind trick for the right to spend one night on the snow-covered Planet Hoth. As in the Empire Strikes Back the Darkside will prevail every night but fear not as your loved ones will always be awakened by the Force of Light every morning.
