Surfside 13 is the perfect place for a quick getaway! Our cozy condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. With over 363 feet of shared Lake Huron beach frontage, you can enjoy a great day at the beach. The back deck overlooks the play area, and you can walk to the shared beach area for a wonderful access to Lake Huron where you can swim or wade in the water. Our condo has been completely remodeled in 2021/2022 and now includes a washer/dryer with full-size bath tub, new dining room table and chairs that seat 4 comfortably. We have also added a smart TV in the bedroom. Plus, you will never be too warm in the heat of the summer as there is a new Mr. Cool heat pump that cools or heats the air. It is such a cute, comfortable condo! Take advantage of our discounted monthly rental opportunity in the off-season from October through May.
