We loved our stay here at Phoenix Rentals. We would stay again. The view was amazing and we cooked in most nights so there was plenty of space for the 8 of us to eat in the kitchen and lots of cookware, even a stock pot to do a seafood boil. We could've used more towels, however, and the cleaners did an okay job getting ready for us, maybe pay a little more attention (the floors were dirty and the kitchen could use a little more attention). We stayed on the 15th floor and it was super quiet. We would return.

11/10 would recommend staying here! The condo was absolutely STUNNING! The views and all of the amenities exceeded all expectations. We want to make this a yearly visit! The host is quick to reply and very very nice. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Condo was immaculate and an exceptional location. An absolutely beautiful view. Great balcony and plenty of room. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly, we were all totally impressed. I will definitely travel here again.

We had a wonderful time visiting Gulf Shores, and the condo was perfect. We have a family of 12, there is 8 adults and 4 children; and this condo was perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone and the views for the pier firework show was great!!
There was only one thing that I would say could be improved, and that was the cooking utensils/supplies. With a big family you cook large meals, there was not a pan/dish to bake lasagna/enchiladas in, and we used the grill downstairs (by pool) and there is no spatula suitable to use on the grill.
But those were minor inconveniences, and overall our experience was great!!! We will be back!!

BVery nice property. Met all our needs. Exceeded our expectations. Beach was very convenient and not crowded easy walking beach. Did a dolphin tour we saw lots of dolphins also the boys went to alligator tour the kids had a blast. We had a couple issues (minor) that were addressed right away. The outdoor pool ended up being closed during our stay stay but even the little kids didn’t miss it. Only one bedroom didn’t have a view of the beach but the others were great views. If your looking for a great family vacation we highly recommend it property the higher levels facing east.

This condo is awesome! The sunrise and sunset views are incredible. The kids spent virtually every day in the pool. The water was warm and it has a zero entry for the little ones. The condo is spacious, well appointed, and very livable. It’s walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. We loved every minute and will definitely be back! A big thank you to the owners for sharing their beach home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Phoenix! The room was amazing! The views were to die for, especially sunrise and sunset. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I thought the place was actually bigger than I expected from the pictures. And our #1 favorite thing was the zero entry pool! We had 3 toddlers and a baby in our group so we spent lots of time in the pool! The pool area was warm. We stayed In January so it was pretty cold outside. The beach beautiful. For a rainy day, drive to Spanish fort and go to Urban Air (if you have kids of course). The gulf was such an adorable place to eat. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time here and absolutely loved the condo. It's spacious and has stellar views from the living areas and several of the bedrooms. Access to the gorgeous beach could not have been more convenient, and we enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and tennis court. We hope to stay here again in the future; it was a super way for us to reconnect with our far-flung kids and grandkids.
That said, we did feel that the unit was not as clean as it should have been. We understand that beach properties are particularly hard to keep clean, but clumps of accumulated dust on ceiling fan chains and behind drapes were clearly not beach sand. The sofas and dining chair cushions could use a good cleaning too. And as others have noted, guests should plan on providing their own toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen towels, etc., as only the barest minimum is provided.

I’ll just say the United was PERFECT from the moment we walked thru the door!!! Beautiful location, beautiful views, the condo was beautiful too!!! Our family of ten (6 adults and 4 kids) had plenty of room, had everything we needed, and were very comfortable the entire stay!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Thank you Mr. Roberts for sharing your home!!!!

Property was as advertised. Corner unit was great. Overall rating give it a 4/5. Wet bar ice maker compressor was out... never got repaired while we were there. Bulb over stove burned out, didn’t work the whole time. After hours arrival so checked in next day. Check in was great. Beachfront unit with great view!! Our first trip to Gulf Shores! Good trip.

The 4BR East Corner Phoenix rental was really nice. There was plenty of room for all of us and the place was clean and had the amenities promised. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and polite. The beach was awesome! The only issue we had was that the trash room was right outside our entrance. The smell was a bit awful in the hall, but no worries inside. It was great!

Excellent accommodations. We had 4 adults and two children and there was plenty of space. Condo was clean with everything you needed to get your vacation started. Excellent views from the patio. Kids enjoyed indoor pool and getting to the beach was an easy walk directly behind the building. Kitchen well apportioned and the stand alone ice maker was a great extra. Had both a regular coffee pot and a Kurieg. We were there early March 2021.

We had so much fun at 1504! We had both sets of grandparents and my family with 5 kids (total 11). There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or have their own space. The balcony was a great place to sit and watch the waves. Even having our week land between 2 hurricanes we were able to enjoy the pool every day. The inside pool tends to be very cold as it is not heated in the summer. The outside pool was great. Just realize there are rules for using the slide and security will enforce those. We didn't spend much time on the beach due to the storms and jellyfish. The kids had a great time hunting for shells between storms though! We had a great time at this condo!

Stunning views, immaculate kept property, friendly check in service. Beach was beautiful, guests respectful of social distancing. Pool kept clean. We were able to snorkel as a family right off the property. We found a sunken ship keel near the hotel. Easy commute for seafood and for boating on the bay.

Loved the unit! We loved all the windows. The kitchen was equipped well. I cooked most nights. I really liked how the Phoenix staff was always cleaning in the pool area. Very clean. There are a few suggestions I would give you about the unit. The couches could use updating. Also, the trash bags were the cheapest ever and so were the paper towels provided. Another question, is why was there not a hair dryer or trash can in the master bedroom?

Seven members of my family flew to Gulf shores for a fall vacation. The unit was fantastic. It was clean and in a great location--close to many places of interest.
