Property Description

This newly decorated unit located on the 7th floor, offers everything you could need to make your stay at Sea Chase as relaxing and memorable as possible. Master Bedroom has a King bed with custom bedspread and drapes, matching dresser and nightstands along with a flat screen TV. There is a fantastic view of the gulf from the large floor to ceiling bedroom window.

The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a flat screen TV. Bathroom two is a full bath with a tiled shower tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances. Everything you could possibly need to cook, prepare and serve meals is supplied for you. Adjoining the kitchen is a large pantry / laundry room fully equipped with new kitchen aid washer and dryer.

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by bar counter serving area. There is a wet bar with ice maker located in dining area. The living area has an open layout adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The area has seating for 6 to 8 and is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and Stereo for you enjoyment.
