Oceania has the largest floor plan of any condo rental along the Gulf Coast Alabama (and Florida panhandle) beaches with 4,000 sq.ft. of living space and another 1,000 sq.ft. of balconies.

Our 10th floor condo is the most luxurious and newly renovated unit in the entire building. You will be able to sleep 16 comfortably in the 4 oversized bedrooms each with its own 4 king sized bed. No other condominium on the beach compares to this amazing setting from 10 floors up and the panoramic views of the sugar sand beach and Gulf of Mexico, in addition to 360 degree views of Gulf Shores! Every room has 10 foot floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony. Oceania 10 has a few extra surprises that you just have to come see.

There is a convenience store across the street for easy access to groceries and beach supplies!

There are only 2 parking places available at Oceania, but you can rent across the street at Ikes Beach Services or Pier 33 grocery store for $45 per day per vehicle. Gulf Coast Rentals in Orange Beach is only $75 a week.
