This stunning unit boasts over 1,500 square feet of space, making it the largest 3-bedroom unit in the complex. With keyless entry, you won’t need to worry about carrying keys during your stay. Also, we are conveniently located on the 3rd floor right across from the elevators, allowing you to avoid getting wet when it rains.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from either the living room or the master bedroom's private balcony. The condo features a spacious layout with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two twin-over-full bunk beds in the third bedroom, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 10 guests.
Entertainment is a priority, with a 70" SMART TV in the living room, a 50" SMART TV in the master bedroom, and 40" SMART TVs in both the second and third bedrooms. The unit has been fully upgraded, with new beds, contemporary living room furniture, granite countertops, new floors, and a walk-in master shower, ensuring a stylish and comfortable stay.
The amenities at Phoenix VII are unparalleled, including a large outdoor pool with a children's pool, a heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzis, saunas, a fully equipped fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.
