Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License. For guests, the -STARTER set will include two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods and one toilet paper roll per toilet, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry items. We will not replenish the starter set and guests should bring more of these items. Construction is always taking place in Port Aransas. We can't guarantee you won't hear/see any construction, building, community improvement projects, or events during your stay. -Cable/WIFI are provided as a convenience. Port A may experience outages from now to then. There are no refunds for cable/WIFI outages or city pool closings due to cleaning, repair, or maintenance. Remember that you are an island and that pests/mosquitos can be abundant several times a year.
