Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License.

1) Mermaid Retreat offers 5 paved parking spaces to accommodate 5 medium-sized vehicles.

2) Port A Beach House Company will provide parking tags. All tags must be returned at check-out to Port A Beach House Company $25.00 replacement fee per lost tag

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway at Mermaid Retreat Parking in Red Zones and Street Parking is prohibited.

4) No boats, trailers, buses, or motor vehicles allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced
