Property Description

This beautiful, newly renovated home is located in the Station Street Cottages development. It is only half a mile from the beautiful Port Aransas beaches! The cottage is conveniently located between two major beach access roads. It is only a short drive from the beach by either car or golf cart. One of 8 lovely cottages that has a private patio which leads to a private pool/recreation area with grill and located directly behind the cottage. The pool area can be seen from the living room of the cottage.

These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, two paper plates, two trash bags, two dishwasher pods, and one make-up remover per bathroom.

We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.
