Property Description

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract must be submitted upon booking. To receive instructions on check-in, a copy of your driver's license is required. **


Oleander House, one of the First Ranch homes built in 1957, was featured on the Garden's Club's first home tour. This BEACH home was built as a vacation home for a friend and family. While many of the original craftsmanship was preserved, the remodeling included a COASTAL CUTIE. The large pool will allow you to soak up the Texas SUN. Do you have pets? The yard is fenced. Two kayaks are available for guests to use if you enjoy kayaking. Each bedroom has a closet and a TV.

-We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards.

-All properties are equipped with washcloths and bath towels for maximum occupancy. There is also one hand towel per bathroom.

These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trashbags, one make-up wipe, and one paper towel per bathroom.

We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.
