Outside you can enjoy an outdoor barbeque and jacuzzi hot tub by the pool.&nbsp;See bunnies and desert wildlife with a quiet stroll around the home. <li>Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day.&nbsp;Service days have the possibility of changing.</li>
<li>A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.</li>
<li>This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.</li>
<li>For your safety and security, there are 3 ring cameras on property. One of above side gate entry, one at the front door, and one above the front door.&nbsp;</li>

<strong>We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience.</strong> Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
