Driveway parking is available for a maximum of one vehicle. Free street parking is allowed when permitted. However, from November 1st to April 1st, street parking is prohibited from midnight to 7:00 a.m. due to snow removal operations.&nbsp;<br />

HOUSE RULES&nbsp;<br />
No smoking is allowed on the property.&nbsp;<br />
Minimum age requirement: 30 years old.&nbsp;<br />
No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.&nbsp;<br />
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.<br />

STAIR ACCESS&nbsp;<br />
The studio requires climbing 17 steps to reach the main level. Additional steps are needed to access the lofted bedroom. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.&nbsp;<br />

LOFTED BEDROOM SAFETY&nbsp;<br />
The lofted bedroom does not have railing guards, making it potentially unsafe for children.&nbsp;<br />

PETS&nbsp;<br />
Pets are allowed with restrictions. A $75 pet fee applies. Please follow these guidelines:&nbsp;<br />
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding (&quot;4 on the floor&quot; rule).&nbsp;<br />
Owners must clean up after pets outside.&nbsp;<br />
