Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. <br />
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. <br />
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. <br />

PET POLICY<br />
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. <br />
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. <br />
Please pick up after pets outside. <br />
We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.). <br />
No vicious breeds are permitted. <br />
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval. <br />
$200 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. <br />
