The split level home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor fire pit, modern kitchen, and a large back patio with BBQ grill. This home is set up to offer you and your guests a flawless Sedona experience that will tailor to each needs and leave you with memories not ever to be forgotten!<br />

The Master Bedroom wing you enter through double doors and has an ensuite with a claw tub, shower, two walk in closets and a private patio. Whether you are spending time in your separate sitting area, laying in bed or out on your patio your eyes will be covered with blankets of Red Rocks!<br />

The two guest bedrooms located upstairs is one king ( The egress in this room, is the main door. There is no window in this room. ) and other is two fulls. The two additional guest bedrooms downstairs are both queens. Bathrooms located on each floor in addition to master suite ensuite.&nbsp;<br />

Nothing short of breathtaking views are seen all over Sedona or stay at Sugarloaf House and get all that without leaving the comfort of your vacation rental. This large home has a great space for entertaining and it has something for everyone. <strong>House Rules</strong><br />
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.&nbsp;Hot tub services on Wednesday between 11am-2pm.&nbsp;Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.<br />
No pets allowed<br />
No trailers or RV&#39;s allowed!<br />
Pack &amp; Play and Highchairs - $40 each<br />
Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am<br />
*There are 3 security cameras in the front of the home.<br />
This rental&nbsp;property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.&nbsp;<br />

Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
