Property Description

The three mile stretch of beach in the panhandle of Florida is a boater’s paradise and a beachgoer’s dream. Located on the Gulf of Mexico, boats can reach deep water from the Mexico Beach canal with ease. It’s a place to get outdoors, gather with family, walk the beach, enjoy a sunset, catch a fish, or any other stress-relieving activity you may enjoy. 

Sugar Sand Cottage A is a unique studio townhouse that sleeps a group of up to 4. Located on the top floor of an upstairs/downstairs duplex, Unit A is accessed by an interior stairwell. Get to the beach in a flash as the studio is within a short walk, highlighted by its easy beach access and fabulous beach views. An outdoor shower shared with the bottom floor unit, is available to wash the sand away before retiring indoors.

Once inside, the living area is arranged on one open floor, including the sleeping area. The only private room is the stylish bathroom with shower/tub combo with water jets for ultimate relaxation. The sleeping accommodations for four are a queen bed and a double futon. There is plenty of furniture gathered around a large TV to enjoy a movie together, and the full-size kitchen is more than enough to prepare meals.
