There is also a stackable washer and dryer int the unit, which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more! Bedding is 1 Cal King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1100 sq. ft. Minimum 4-night stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.
