The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.<br />

4 Night minimum rental. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee.&nbsp;All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% state taxes added to all rates.&nbsp;Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. &nbsp;<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.</span></span><br />
