A fully equipped kitchen, that features granite counter tops, custom cabinets, and full-size appliances! This unit has central air-conditioning, high-speed internet and free unlimited long distance calling to U.S. & Canada. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and second bedroom has full size bed. Approximately 1100 sq ft. Kapalua Golf Villas are located near many of Maui's top beaches, such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay and more! When you are ready to explore the resort, just call the courtesy shuttle provided by Kapalua Resort for door-to-door service to Kapalua's award-winning beaches, a variety of restaurants, two championship golf courses, the tennis center, and shopping. The snorkeling at Kapalua Bay is not to be missed!
The Golf Villa pools are open to Owners and Guests of The Golf Villas only, no off-site guests at this time until further notice.
4 Night minimum rental. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. 17.962% state taxes added to all rates. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.
Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
