Village Oaks Lane – Walk to Pier and Village!

The home was built in 2012 and is located in the upscale, private neighborhood of Village Oaks. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.
The attractive and open floor plan includes a living room with dining area, and a kitchen. The kitchen also has a nice bar stool and island for additional seating. Over the decorative fireplace, a large flat screen television is mounted. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a large sitting area, and a bath with a customized shower. It also leads out to the deck on the first floor. On the first floor, you'll also find a laundry room and a half-bath.
The second floor contains two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and an en-suite with a combination tub/shower. On the landing at top of the stairs are two more twin beds, a sitting area with a loveseat and a large flat screen TV.
The yard is nicely landscaped and has a nice deck. This house is located just around the corner of the main village with its many attractions, including the Village Pier and Neptune Fun Zone. It also has a tidal access to the beach. You can walk to your favorite restaurants - Barbara Jeans', Brogens', Iguanas' or Zuzus!
