Real Escapes Properties offers this two bedroom luxury condo with two bathrooms. It is lavishly furnished, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Granite counter tops are featured in the open kitchen, bathrooms and master bedroom. There is also a balcony with partial ocean views that can be accessed from the living room or master suite. The unit has two TVs. There is a smart TV in master bedroom, and a large TV with HDMI cable in the living room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and a Jacuzzi bathtub and an over-sized walk-in shower. There are also his and hers sinks. The guest bedroom has a King-size bed. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower and can be accessed both from the hallway and the attached bathroom. The community has one assigned covered parking spot and space for overflow outside of the building. There is an elevator and a swimming pool. 760 Ocean Boulevard, located near Village Shops & Restaurants and directly across from a public Beach. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am * The number of guests at the property is limited to four occupants. • No pets are allowed at this property *The minimum age for renters is 25 years. This applies to all guests, except multi-generational family members. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, well furnished and clean. It was within walking distance of the Village and had a good view of the ocean. One suggestion I would make - the master br shower needs a grab bar. There is nothing to hold on to. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open, and we missed having a central place to meet other residents. We would stay there again for the same price. Well appointed condo; beautiful art work; comfortable mattresses; kitchen as well supplied as mine at home; great location & view; 2 ice makers came in handy; elevator, outside hose to wash sandy feet & chairs, and covered parking for car & spot to leave beach gear all a plus; disappointed that TV’s had been removed from bedrooms especially on those rainy days and/or when viewing preferences differ (but that’s a personal preference). Just a lovely, well-cared for property.
