The project will have a direct impact on the exterior of some units that face the ocean. However, the work will be heard in the entire complex. Most amenities will remain available to guests.
Unit No. The 327 residence is a comfortable home with a fully-equipped kitchen, a private balcony and a combined living and dining space. The dining table can seat four people and the kitchen counter can accommodate two more. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The Beach Club on St. Simons Island, a gated community that has been around for many years, is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities. This long-time destination favorite for couples and families caters to a life of comfort, convenience, and leisure. Amenities include two hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center, business center, and complimentary internet access.
Beach Club has a bike rental service on site. While you're there, grab some brochures about the bike/walking paths on the island or how to find the Island Tree Spirits. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants on the island. Crabdaddy's BBQ, Beachcomber BBQ, and Barrier Island Brewery are all within walking distance.
Two vehicles can be parked under the condominium complex. Elevators can be found in many different places.
