The Beach House is a favorite vacation rental for many years!
Real Escapes Properties proudly offers this highly desired cottage, aptly named The Beach House! This classic island house is located in the heart neighborhood, within walking distance of St. Simons Island’s best beach.
The Beach House features a large porch with rockers and chairs that will quickly become your favorite place to relax! You will notice that the dining room is bright and airy due to the abundance of windows on the side and the back. It is well-appointed with an open and airy layout that provides plenty of space for your family and guests to visit. The dining room offers seating for six at the table, and three bar stools on the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, plus so much more. You will find the laundry center, a full-size washer and dryer, in a folding-door closet on the right side of the hall.
You will find your first full bathroom on the left. Bedroom #1 is straight ahead. Bedroom #1 has a Queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk-in wardrobe, and tv. The open deck is visible just beyond the "wall" of windows. You will find the King-sized Master Bedroom at the other end of the hall. This spacious bedroom features a ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom and a large walk in wardrobe.
You can enjoy the screen porch right outside the backdoor before you settle in for the night. This is a great place for a family night of ice cream!
The Beach House is located in East Beach at 1929 Bruce Drive.

Parking for two cars in front and an additional space at the rear of the property. * 1/2 mile to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and 2 miles to Pier Village All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.

* Linens are provided (Bath towels and bed sheets). * Starter supply of Toilet Paper, Soap and Paper Towels * (Any additional supply needed during the tenancy is the responsibility of the guests.)
