Magnolia Cottage is a popular vacation rental home on St. Simons Island. The Coast Cottages is a neotraditional planned community located on St. Simons’ widest stretch sand. Many consider it to be the most beautiful real estate in Georgia. You'll discover charming southern architecture, lush landscaping and brick-paved streets.
The oceanside pavilion and pool are only a short walk away from the cottages. They are unmatched along the St. Simons Island coastline.
Real Escapes Properties proudly offers this 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom Coast Cottage. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a porch, and an outdoor shower. The second level has the master suite, with its own full bath and living room, dining area, kitchen, and combination of both with a balcony. The guests will enjoy their morning coffee and afternoon cocktail on the porches!
Guests can enjoy amenities such as the beachside swimming pool, pavilion and private boardwalk leading to the beach. St. Simons offers a variety of activities, including shopping, biking, kayaking, and dining in one of the many restaurants.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to eight. There is parking for two cars in front of the cottage. Parking passes will be provided by us. * Walk to the beach This cottage is located about 2 miles from the Pier area and Village. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
What to Expect in your Unit:
* Linens are provided (Bath towels and bed sheets). * Starter supply of Toilet Paper, Soap and Paper Towel * (Any additional supply needed during the tenancy is the responsibility of the guests.)
