The campus is very large and offers a park-like setting with oaks that are over 100 years old shading the buildings. The two large swimming pool, one of them heated, are surrounded by palm trees and colorful foliage. Other community amenities include an impressive duck pond and fountain, a tennis court, a fitness centre, and a children’s playground. Ocean Walk P-13 is a pet-friendly condo on the ground floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Large living room with flat screen TV. A patio is located off the living room. Come stay with us to fall in love with St. Simons, Ocean Walk and the surrounding area. 0.9 Miles from the Village, Beach and Pier. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am This property limits the number of guests to any group gatherings or events. (2 persons). * Dogs may be brought into this unit for a non-refundable fee. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. * Access to Massengale Beach is 1 mile, Coast Guard Station access is 1.5 miles, and the village and pier are 1/2 mile away. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25. What to Expect in your Unit: • There is 1 TV located in this property.
