Property Description

Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ocean Walk condo. Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools (one of which is heated from September through April). Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground.

Ocean Walk Q-14. This is a fully refurbished unit including new flooring, doors, re-painted walls, ceilings, lots of new furniture located on the second floor. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo unit with central heating and air conditioning, bedroom remote controlled ceiling fans.

The living area has a 42 HDTV 1040p with Blue-Ray, WiFi exclusive to this unit, kitchen pass-thru and comfortable furniture, The dining area has a large rectangular table, six chairs and a wall sized mirror and a kitchen pass-thru.

The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. The microwave is under-cabinet mounted. The stove is electric and the refrigerator is huge with ice- maker. The clothes washer/dryer are very large and quiet and installed in the kitchen. The sink is a modern design including a garbage disposal unit and a single control faucet with a flex spray/stream head. There is a dishwasher. The lighting is all LED with dimmable under-counter lighting.

The master bedroom has a very solid king bed, dresser, and three side tables. There is a wall mounted HDTV and ceiling fan. Both are remote controlled. It has a walk-through closet with entrance to the master bath. The master bath is refurbished also with a comfort height toilet, bath/shower and wooden cabinet for toiletries.

The guest bedroom uses the full bath located across the hall. It has a bath/shower unit and a wooden storage cabinet for toiletries. There is one bunk bed and one full sized bed, a spacious closet and a wall mounted HDTV. Between the beds is a small desk which we find quite handy.

The hall linen closet has two sets of sheets and towels for all the beds including the sleep-sofa.
