Real Escapes Properties offers you "Sammy's Cottage". Sammy's Cottage has a large deck that is perfect for enjoying afternoon cocktails and the beautiful live oak trees.
The living room is nicely furnished with a 48-inch HDTV flat screen and plenty of seating space for you and your entire family! Both the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom have 32" smart TVs with very comfortable bedding. This cottage is spacious and offers plenty of walking trails for your dog.
Sammy's Cottage has a great location – less than two miles from the best beaches and only a half mile from the main Pier Village. The many miles of bike trails are waiting for you. Don't miss the SSI Tree Spirits hidden all over the island.
Sammy's Cottage, located at 217 Anguilla Avenue in beautiful St. Simons Island, is the perfect dog friendly cottage.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six occupants. This property allows dogs for an additional fee. There is parking for two cars in front of the cottage *1.9 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and 1/2 mile to Pier Village All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
