You will enter through private gates to a luxurious oceanfront neighborhood with direct ocean views from each residence. In the center courtyard of the community, you'll find lagoons, lush landscaping and gas grills. There is also a heated oceanfront pool that is heated seasonally. A sidewalk leads guests to a private beach boardwalk beyond the swimming pool. This allows you to easily get your toes into the sand. Other St. Simons amenities include gated entry from Ocean Boulevard, covered garage parking, elevators, wireless internet service, and nighttime property surveillance. St.Simons Grand, located on Ocean Boulevard, is near the Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access as well as the East Beach neighborhood in St. Simons. Crabdaddy's Crab Trap, and Beachcomber Barbeque are all within easy walking distance.
