This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 4 bath cottage is the perfect blend of comfort and style.
As you walk through the neighborhood, you'll fall in love with the tall oaks on the corner between Bruce Drive and 5th Street.
Bella Vita features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and breakfast areas with enough seating for 12 people. The living room has a view over the newly landscaped pool with a fenced backyard.
This cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom and a bath downstairs.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to nine (9). • Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
* 1/2 mile to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access and 1.6 miles to Pier Village All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vita! The pool is new this season, and it is fabulous! The pool deck and furniture are so nice. There were even a few floats for us to use. The house was spacious and very clean. We will definitely stay here again.
